The February 2022 Recruiter Index® results show that candidate sentiment is down, while the average workload is up.

The majority of recruiters are still working on remote roles, with the most popular salary range being within $40K-$80K.

Recruiters have reported that of the candidates they are speaking with 53 percent have had two jobs within the past two years - showing that the job hopper economy is in full swing.
