# March Recruiter Index 

The March 2022 Recruiter Index reports that recruiter and candidate sentiment are up while the average number of roles recruiters are working on is down. Candidates are continuing to prioritize remote work and work-life balance, and IT claimed the number one spot after months as the most in-demand industry.
